At Smorgas Boards, we believe that food is an experience that brings people together. Our culinary journey began with a passion for creating beautiful and delicious charcuterie boards and grazing tables that cater to any occasion.
On a disposable board, our charcuterie boards feature premium meats, cheeses, veggies, fruit, dips, and homemade bread, perfect for creating beautiful presentations.

Charcuterie boards are served on disposable trays, or you can choose to keep a wooden board for your grazing tables, starting at $20 depending on the size of the board.
Flat lay grazing tables are set up flat without riser or tiers with minimal decor,, while elevated grazing tables include risers, tiers, and decor, and are quoted separately. All grazing tables feature a selection of premium meats, cheeses, veggies, fruits, dips, olives, homemade pickles, and homemade bread, similar to charcuterie boards in their diverse offerings.

Chilled jumbo shrimp served with cocktail sauce makes a perfect addition to charcuterie boards and grazing tables. 2 lbs is typically 30 to 60 shrimp
1/2 Ham or turkey with provolone rolled in a soft tortilla with either cream cheese or stone ground mustard makes a delightful addition to charcuterie boards and grazing tables. Will serve 30.

Yes, we offer vegetarian and vegan options for our clients.
Yes, we can accommodate dietary restrictions such as gluten-free, nut-free, and more. Please let us know your specific requirements when booking.
We require a deposit of 1/2 down or $200 (the lesser amount) to reserve your date with balance due 2 weeks before event for grazing tables. For charcuterie boards, payment is due at time of order.
We are loaning to you our tiers, risers, trays, boards, chafing dishes etc for your event. There are 2 ways to return our equipment: i can come back after the event to gather my equipment. This option is an additional charge of $100 (non refundable). The other option is for you to gather all the equipment and return to me within 5 days of event. This option requires a refundable deposit of $100. Security deposit will be refunded when all equipment is returned in the condition it was left. With this option I will leave you an inventory of all equipment left.
For a board, please give us at least a week lead way. For events, please allow us 2 months to reserve the date. Dates do book up fast so please allow us as much time as possible before the event.
