Ham or turkey roll ups
1/2 Ham or turkey with provolone rolled in a soft tortilla with either cream cheese or stone ground mustard makes a delightful addition to charcuterie boards and grazing tables. Will serve 30.
Shrimp
Chilled jumbo shrimp served with cocktail sauce makes a perfect addition to charcuterie boards and grazing tables. 2 lbs is typically 30 to 60 shrimp
Meatball skewers
Bite-sized meatballs skewered with bow tie pasta served with a delicious marinara sauce.
Chicken and waffle skewers
Breaded chicken tenderloin and waffles are perfect additions to charcuterie boards and grazing tables, skewered and served with warm maple syrup. Your choice either spicy maple syrup or pecan, bacon maple glaze.
Pasta Salad
Delicious pasta salad with penne pasta, black olives, tomato and cucumber tossed with a zesy Italian dressing or a Greek dressing. (Your choice) Full pan can serve up to 20
Potato Salad
Traditional potato salad made with yellow potatos with onions, celery and hard boiled egg in a mustard dressing. It's a summer time classic.
Tossed green salad
Mixed greens, tomatoes, cucumber, onion and shredded cheese tossed with our house italian dressing. Or make it a greek salad by adding feta, kalamata olives, and a greek dressing.
Muffins
Bite sized muffins in a variety of flavors.
Cheesecake bites
Delicious new York style cheesecake in Bite sized pieces skewered with fresh fruit
Caprese skewers
Sweet cherry tomatoes skewered with mozzarella cheese and drizzled with a balsamic glaze

Budding beef or deli ham with cream cheese wrapped around a green onion. A polish tradition.
